This property is located in WMU (7R) and is located near Richford, New York. The access road spans the west border and is .26 miles long. I hiked in along the north border. The lease goes uphill to the east from the west access road. The top of the hill is the half-way point east. The property then goes back down hill into a nice bottom (3/4 way through property). You will want to go south-east from the north, for a more gradual descent. The lease is all woods. I found a really good deer trail that was loaded with tracks and 5 different rubs on my inspection. This area is known for big mature bucks. The property is posted along the road. No camping as there is not a spot for the camper. ATV use is authorized for hunting purposes only.
